My iphone screen is messed up and the battery what should i buy to fix it? 
I can't tell but looks like an iPhone 5. If it is and you are mechanically inclined buy a new screen off eBay for $40. Installs within 5 mins. There's a YouTube video showing how to replace it in under 2 mins. As far as the battery, when you replace the front screen the battery is right there when you pry off the old screen. That takes an additional 30 seconds to replace. They are only $7 on eBay. If you bring to a repair shop they will charge you $125 to $150 just for the screen and labor and an additional $25 or so plus for the battery. I fix these all the time and I learned on my own. I repair and sell phones on eBay for 12 years now. If that's an iPhone 4 it isn't worth fixing. Sorry but can't tell by the pic. You didn't mention what kind of iphone and the pic is dark and chopped off
