Try hard resetting it by holding the home and lock button for 15-20 seconds
DUDE I JUST FIXED IT.HERES WHAT TO DO.
HOLD THE HOME BUTTON AND THE SLEEP BUTTON AT THE SAME TIME FOR 10 SECONDS THE APPLE LOGO WILL APPEAR IN THE BLACK BACKGROUND THEN BAM! IT WORKS! 8)
