My iPhone shut down and won't turn back on?
Alright so for my birthday in late may i got an iPhone, so i haven't really had it that long. All of a sudden earlier tonight it shut down just randomly! I tried holding down the power button to turn it back on, pressing the middle button, but nothing. So once i got home i put it on the charger to see if i would turn on then (oh yeah by the way when i last checked it before it shut down it had at least like a third to a half battery left) and even when i put it on the charger nothing happened. I tried turning it on again and pressing the other button but still NOTHING!
has this ever happened to anybody else? Cause I'm pretty upset right now cause i mean my phone is still like super new!
so if any of you have advice for me or know how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated and i would love you forever! **

Emily, don't get upset, your phone is new and you can use the warranty option.
However, do one thing keep your phone in charge for around an hour or 2 and try to switch it on after that. It might be possible that all the battery must have been drained out.

this happened to me aswell I went to shut down my phone because the battery was low but when I went to turn it back on it said it has no charge (im assuming the battery ran out whilst it was also shutting down) and I have had it on charge for about an hour and still nothing
- Why won't my iphone 4s shut down? Everytime I go to turn my Iphone 4s ( Running IOS7 ) off it just boots back up after 1-2 seconds, I have cleaned the dock connections and have done the resets etc. I have noticed if it is below 20% battery it will stay off but any % over 20 it just turns back on, Anyone help me on this please! Also to add if plugged into the charger it will turn off fine.
