It's possible that the battery is dead. Try leaving in the charger or recharging it, if that doesn't work, you can look up some youtube videos to see if someone has made a video of fixing the problem. I once fixed an issue with my pants easily just after watching a short video. If everything else fails then take it to the store and have them take a look at it.

When I got it out and dried it with a napkin it was fine, the touch was good, the light was good, everything was fine. I turned it off, and about two hours later the light went dim.
