My iPhone was stolen, can I still find it?

My iPhone was stolen at the airport! Can I still track it on find my phone if the location services are turned off? (Stupid me turned it off thinking it would help my privacy). Also, a while ago I noticed there was an option to turn off the find my phone feature. If they turned that off could that make it impossible to find? Lastly, if I have insurance will it cover a stolen phone?

I was able to find mine and the should give you another one

Maybe you could find it through iCloud, if you have an email and password set up for your
iPhone. Log in to a computer to iCloud.com and log in and track it from there. And insurance doesn't cover stolen iPhones. I have insurance and they told me they don't cover for stolen ones.

Yes you can. You just need a friend that has an iPhone, iPad, or iPod. If you have a friend or you have one of your own then you would just download an app called 'Find My iPhone'.It is a little scanner looking thing as the app picture. Once you got the app then it would ask you for the apple id you had and it would track your phone. I'm not sure if the insurence would cover that. Maybe it will though.

No, you can't track your iphone with location services turned off. Although in an emergency situation 911 can still locate your phone, should you call and you have location services turned off. Insurance will replace a lost or stolen phone.
