My iphone will turn on but not charge?
My iphone will turn on and say it is charging on the screen and it will turn on. However, when it turns on it doesn't recognize that it is charging and it will turn off in a couple minutes, with it at only 1 or 2%.
Added (1). The problem isn't the charger as i've tried charging it with two different chargers, and in many different sources like a Usb port and a wall jack.
There are a few reasons why but the most obvious one would seem that your charger doesn't work. If you own a dog/ pet check that they haven't chewed it and maybe some wires are muddles up an easy way to resolve this is to buy a new one on amazon or ebay
The problem might be the charger. Get a new charger. If that charger doesn't work either, then I suggest getting your phone checked out.

The lock button at the top of my iphone is broken, but i have been using it fine as i have turned on 'Assistive Touch' and have been using the white dot that appears on screen. However, I'm worried about turning it off, and surely the white dot will disappeaer when the phone is off, and I will have no way of turning it on? Am I correct in thinking this?
