Watting on your answer

You've obviously done something wrong then, or the new screen is faulty.

Without knowing the exact model of iPhone and which company made the replacement screen it's even harder to give you advice other than to take it apart and start again, being more careful next time to get all the connectors properly refastened.

If you have any iPhone from the 5 onwards then it's extremely easy to fracture the ribbon connector to the screen if you allow the screen to move past the vertical position when the phone is laying flat on the table. If that happens the screen is ruined and you need another one.

Another possibility is that you did not earth/ground yourself before you touched the electronics inside and that can result in a static discharge which can fry the motherboard. Ham-fisted tool usage can also cause electronic damage.
