My iPhone won't show photos?

I was taking some photos from my iphone camera and once I went to photos, they weren't there. Everything I took before was there, though.

I took about 20 new pics, and in the camera roll it says (1420) but once I press it and all the photos are shown, it says 1400 and the recents are not there.

Does anyone know what could be the cause of this? How to fix it besides resseting the iPhone? (I don't have access to the computer with all my iTunes info.)

Try turning your phone off and turning it back on and see if that solves the problem.

If not, contact Apple support.

I have done that mulitpy times and it works for a little but as soon as I leave the app the photos go again

  • Why won't Iphone photos import or show onto my computer? When I plug in my iphone it gives me the option to import photos and it only imports from the camera roll. But for my Iphone 6 IIm trying to get it off the section where it says like Years/Collections/Memories which has a bunch more photos but it won't show up. And these were btw transferred from another device where the original photo was taken but it was same apple. But where it was originally taken is gone now. Anyway any help please?
  • Why won't facebook show the EDITED version of photos from my iphone? I upload all of my photos from my iPhone to Facebook. I always edit my photos (crop, lighting and red-eye) using the regular iPhone photo editor that comes standard in the photo application. When I upload the edited photos to Facebook, the originals ALWAYS show up. It is infuriating and I want to know what I'm doing wrong. I've tried everything but can't seem to fix the glitch.
  • Why is it that when i put my photos of (edited) phots on my computer it doesn't show the editing? Okay so I have a Iphone 5c and I like to edited the different affects (Mono, Tonal, Noir, Fade, None Chrome, process, Transfer, Instant) on my photos when you take the picture, so anyway when my photos are edited and transferred onto the computer they go back to the original photo (none affects) that has no editing on it what so ever. So my question is, is there a way to keep the edited photos edited and still be a way to have them on my laptop? Please some help?!
  • Why don't all my photos show up when importing? I'm trying to import my pictures from my iphone to my pc, but when doing so, on my pc it says i only have 95 pictures to import, when on my iphone it says i have 263
