My iphone won't bring up files to my computer anymore when I charge it to my comp. How do I fix this?
When I charge my iphone to my computer itunes still comes up but the files on my phone won't. I want to transfer them to my computer but it just doesn't come up anymore. They always did come up until a few days ago. How do I get it to work again?
So iTunes isn't recognizing you have the phone plugged up? There's a lot of that happening now that iTunes and Microsoft are just frenemies and don't care about each other anymore. Been there too. This might take a while. Best luck.

- My iPhone won't charge anymore? My iPhone 5 hasn't steadily stopped charging to not charging at all. It isn't a problem with the charger. For example, when I put it on charge whilst it has no battery, there battery sign without the 'zig-zag' fails to appear, it only senses that I put the charger in with the zig-zag line coming up, meaning it isn't charging. iI used to place the phone in different positions and it would charge, so it is definitely a problem with the phone. Can anyone help me please?

It says "This cable or accessory is not certified and may not work reliably with this iPhone." It's branded by apple. It should work. I've restarted my phone.
