My iPhone won't let me download free apps?
Ok so I've had my iPhone for a month now, and I haven't downloaded many apps now when I try and download free apps an icon appears saying view billing information when it is free! I do and it says problem with previous purchase I can't download anything now does anyone know how to resolve this problem?
You go to the kbilling info yadiyadiya and then you fill out everything and turn your credit card payment to none/nothing and then finish filling out and you're good to go without having to have a credit card
Go to your apple ID setting and billing information. Just type in your personal information and when you need to choose a method of payment just click "none". Then finish the process.
Re-type your payment details as apple need these for some reason even if it is free. Be sure to make sure that you have over £5 in your bank account because apple then takes a small amount of money out of your bank account to make sure it is valid payment method, but then they give you the money back.

What's happened is,
You've added your debit or credit card to iTunes. You've then made a purchase on iTunes. Your bank denied this transaction. So you need to re verify that card. You may get another authorisation charge put on your card so make sure your have some money in your bank account. Don't worry the authorisation charge will be returned unpaid and it will be recredited to your bank balance.
