My iphone won't send messages

I have owned an Iphone 4s for not even a year and its worked pretty well in sending messages but for some reason it just suddenly stopped sending messages. Its been like this for two days now and the only person it will send messages to is a friend who owns an iphone(all my other contacts own samsungs and other phones) so i figured messages only send to her because she owns an iphone. So I don't really know what to do in this case.PS the messages I try to send just keep trying to send for a long time. They never stop and say failed to send, they just keep going even if i'm at a place where I have a decent amount of service. So i'm not sure what I can do.

Maybe you need to reset your message settings or check if i msg is switched on/off. Or try a reset, also check if you got credit

Try seeing if other people that use the same cell phone company as you have the same problem, try turning your phone off and then turning it back on, turn imessages on and then back on or see if you turned the sms off if it is turn it back on

  • Why won't my verizon iPhone 5 send messages to certain people? I have a friend who has verizon and it sends messages to him very fast and I have friends who have different carriers and it won't send to them. The send bar keeps on going and stops at the last second. I have turned it off and on again and I have reset my network settings. Nothing has worked at all.
  • Why won't my iPhone send picture messages? I have an iPhone 4 and every time I try to send pictures it gets to where the sent bar is almost full, then it just stops and won't send. What do I do? I've tried restarting my phone and it didn't do anything. It is on my plan though. I just sent a picture message yesterday but now it's f*cking up.

I can text certain people with non-iPhones, but some I get an error. I can receive theirs always. Any resolutions? I have changed the contact from iPhone to just mobile… Still doesn't do the trick. I have turned off MMS. No such luck.
  • What do i do when my iPhone 4 won't let me send i message or text messages? I was spamming my friend with emoji emotions when all the sudden my phone freezes until i pressed the home button. But i tried to go back to message and it won't let me. It tells me i hot 3 messges from my friend but i can't open them.
