On a computer, go to your iCloud account, log or, and change the password! Do this for everything - mail accounts, all accounts that have and personal information. BRICK the phone! Render it useless.
No, but if you log into icloud from another device then you can change the password which should log you out of all devices.

- Modem resets when laptop connected via Wi-Fi? When I connect my laptop to network via Wi-Fi it resets modem as if I was just turn it on. I have spoken to tech support they seem to think there's a problem with my wireless modem but it connects fine and doesn't drop out with iPhones smart tv etc so I can't see how it could be a wireless problem. When I connect laptop direct to Ethernet it doesn't drop out. Could there be a problem with Wi-Fi in the laptop?

I recently found an iPhone 5s out in the street perfectly fine but it's logged into the owners iCloud and in order for me to restart it I have to put in that persons password and I've been told that there's no way for me remove that account.
