My iphone4 is disabled like forever, i want to get back on it but i don't know how?

I've locked myself out of my iphone, so now when i get on it, it says "Your iphone has been disabled." So i slide the bar thingy at the bottom and it brings up the emergency call pad. I honestly have to tried to restore it many times, it fails at restoring, it will restore for alittle bit then just stop. I need help. I want on my iphone4 again.

I had this problem before and used a method to start it up on DFU mode to make it work again.
It's hard to explain it here, but i can send you the source where i got it from and it worked perfect for me. The version doesn't matter it'll work on the iphone 4 but also works on the 4s.
