My iTunes library and getting this error message?

So I'm assuming your iPhone used to be in sync with a different computer? This is what the messege is saying. The media on your iPhone and the media on this computer are not the same, therefore it can't sync. If you press OK, it will erase all the media on your phone and start syncing with what you tell it to sync with. There's currently no way to have your iphone in sync with more than one computer at a time. What you can do though is sign in on your iPhone with your apple ID (in settings app under icloud) and then go to the app store. It will remember all the apps you have purchased and you can redownload them for free. Same with music if you buy it from the iTunes store. Contacts too if you chose that option in the settings menu.
