My iTunes won't let me drag songs and put them on my iPhone?
I just broke my iPhone and activated a new one tonight, when I drag a song from my library it does not go on to my phone or even show that it is with the song and the green + sign it used to work fine how can I fix this?

When I go into the iTunes Store and click on charts if I want to hear a song before I purchase it I click on it but it doesn't play, this does it to every song. Someone please help.
