My jailbroken iPhone 4S is stuck?

My iPhone 4S iOS 6.1.2 is jailbroken and recently it wouldn't connect to my house Wi-Fi so I tried resetting our Wi-Fi, turning my phone off and back on and nothing worked so I deleted almost everything off cydia and went to settings>general>reset>reset all content and settings and after that my phone had the apple logo and a loading bar under that, it loaded and now there's the spiral loading sign in the middle of the screen and that's it, its spinning but that's it, it has been like this for the past couple of hours, I'm not sure what to do. Any suggestions? Oh and btw before I did this I connected it to iTunes to restore it there and it was updating to but it just said updating and after a while of it loading I hit cancel then unplugged my phone and reset it through settings

Ok so since its stuck on the spinning logo it's basically the same thing like getting stuck on the apple logo: c this is annoying! Your gonna have to connect your iPhone to iTunes and get in into recovery mode(google how to go this) and iTunes should say "iTunes has detected Phone in recovery mode" and then you will have to restore and you can restore from backup if you have backed up your phone and if you haven't then you will loose everything and It will start like a new phone. The bad part is that since you have 4S and since you have just restored you will not be able to jailbreak your device until iOS 7. I'm not sure if you can or can't jailbreak because when you restore apple is going to update to iOS 6.1.3 and there's one jailbreak for that with redsn0w and that is only for iDevices like iPod 4 and iPhone 4. I'm not sure if you can jailbreak with 4S: c but google it.
