My lock button on my iPhone 4S just stopped working?
So I've had this phone for a while now, nothing wrong with it, never had any problems with it before, and then I just picked up my phone and all of a sudden my lock button stopped working? Didn't drop it or anything? Haven't got it wet? It still clicks in and out and feels normal but it doesn't do anything? Any help?
Go into Apple and have it looked at. It's a 4S so it's most likely covered under their standard warranty. If this is the case, they will replace it for a brand new one. Well, it'll most likely be a refurbished one but it's just like new.
Hope this helps!
Just open your phone don't be scared to I remember I was ok open your phone up fully like take the template of thw phone out then look at the part there the lock button was there will be a wire that is black and connecting to the phone itself just take it off leave it for a minute maximum then connect it bavk then leave it for 5 min minumum
Put bak your phone and I shud work

If so cud u send me over some?
- Power button on iPhone 5 stopped working? I got the iPhone 5 for christmas this past year and since I got it the power button wouldn't work unless i pushed it down on the left side only. But now the other day it completely stopped working altogether. If i take it in to apple, will they give me a new one for free? Or am i gonna have to pay for repairs? I don't wanna go in and not have my phone backed up on my computer if they decide to give me a new one.
