If you're on your mum's calling plan, then ask her to ask her mobile phone service provider.
But it won't be free, and money doesn't grow on trees. If you want a 6 or 6s, you'd be better buying a good used example from a reliable supplier and then getting your service provider to transfer your number and phone plan to the smaller nanoSIM which those moxels use. Or if you're on a CDMA service you'll need a dummy nanoSIM and your service provider will need to transfer your number to the replacement phone.
Don't expect to be able to sell your 4s for more than a few dollars at best. With a cracked screen it is virtually worthless, and even if perfect it's worth very little as it is no longer supported by Apple.

- My mom and i got the same phone and same plan yet her internet loads all the time and mine never does? Two iPhone 7+. Same unlimited data plan. Yet literally no matter where I'm, nothing that uses data loads unless I'm connected to Wi-Fi. Yet my mom's internet loads no matter where she is. It's even happened that we're in the same place trying to load the same thing and hers loads while mine doesn't. Yes, I have my data turned on. I've made sure all my data settings are identical to my mom's. So i really don't know what could be causing this.

- How can I get my mom's old phone? My mom bought an iPhone 8 plus about two months ago. However, she had to switch carrier companies so she had to buy a new phone because the iPhone 8 wasn't "compatible" with that company. She still has the iPhone 8 but she doesn't use it at all.
