My new iphone will not turn on?
Added (1). I just opened my iphone 5s from its box. It is brand new. I plugged it for 10 minutes and tried to turn it on but it won't do that. What to do?
If you just bought it you have to charge it. If you did that, and read the manual, take it back and ask for help from your cell provider, it may be defective
Keep it plugged in for about 10-15 mins & try (with it still plugged in). If it doesn't work still return it to the store for a replacement.
