My phone keeps flickering black?
So I have an iPhone 6s and randomly, it'll just start flickering to a black screen. Sometimes there are lines running down the phone and you can see some the home page and sometimes it just goes to completely black. I've dropped my phone many times and I think it might be because of that? I end up having to shut down my phone in order for it to start working properly. This happens at least 2 times a day. What should I do?
Sounds like it could be a loose or damaged screen ribbon cable. If it's loose then you could take it apart, remove the screen and put it back on but if it's damaged then you would need a screen replacement.
You're probably better off just getting a screen replacement, doesn't sound like you know how to remove the screen yourself and I don't believe any store would check the cable for you but they will do a screen replacement
Crazy huh. Spend big money on a phone, don't take care of it, and it don't work anymore,… Who would of guessed?
