My security settings won't let me download the new iTunes?
Okay so I just got an iphone 5C and I backed up my old iphone and when I went to plug in my new 5C to the computer it said it requires the latest version of iTunes and when I went to download it off the apple website my computer says that my security settings will not allow it to download. I have already tried lowering them in control panel which didn't work, I tried to add the website to the list of trusted websites in control panel which also failed, I also tried to change it on the tool bar in internet explorer. I'm pretty sure it is windows firewall that is stopping me because Norton says it is okay. So how am I to download iTunes now?!
Control panel-> System and Security -> Windows Firewall -> On the left sidebar "Turn windows firewall on or off", Disable windows firewall. Enable Windows firewall after installation. Add itunes as trusted program.

I, stupidly, tried a whole bunch of passwords to see if I could get it, and not my phone is disabled. Ok so i used youtube converter to convert a 3 minute song and usually it always works but anyway, i got it downloaded onto itunes but when i try and drag it to the devices section where my iphone information is, it won't let me, it just has a red circle with a line through it.
