My volume isn't working on my iPhone
The volume on my iPhone only works when my headphones are plugged in, but as soon as I take them out, the volume option is no longer available for me when I go to my music and online. My ringtone and alerts work, but that's all.
Try going to settings then go to the sound and make sure sound buttons are on
Sometimes the phone will still think the headphones are in - try plugging in and unplugging the headphones a few times. Also do a hard reset of your iPhone if you need to, and check it settings to make sure sounds are enabled.
- Why isn't my volume working on my iPhone 5s? So when I try to put my volume up or down instead of saying volume it says headphones! I don't have any headphones on or anything and I can't hear anything! I went to my sounds in the settings and nothing worked! Why can't I listen to anything and why does it say headphones and not volume!
