My wi-fi button has frozen on my iPhone 4s?

I've restarted, rebooted and done everything I possibly can but my wi-fi slider won't slide and is off, any suggestions on what else to do

Having restarted and rebooted, the only other thing I can think of is to take it to the Apple store to let them have a look at it. They might have to replace it or maybe with their systems and technology them might be able to fix it in an instant.

Hope this helps!

Its a faulty mac address take it to where you bought it and they should replace it if you have warranty

You might want to do-it-yourself:
Reboot the iPhone and enter the passcode(if any).

Then, open Settings and turn off any available Location Services, Bluetooth, VPN, and Do Not Disturb.

Then try to slide the Wi-Fi button again, and if that doesn't work, go to a Best Buy or Apple store.

Also, someone could have hacked into your iPhone(sounds crazy but it happens) and messed with your Wi-Fi settings. Maybe someone who borrowed your phone edited the Wi-Fi settings somehow.
