Name of an instrumental song from the 60's?

For years I have been hearing this song which sounded like a happy instrumental song from round the early 60's, where the song starts with what sounds like flutes and the loop of the melody starts again with the guitar playing. The main chord is E-flat.
At the time, there were no iPhones to Shazam that song, but now I have an iPhone and the Shazam app, I couldn't hear the song playing anywhere at all. I tried to use Soundhound to hum or whistle the tune, but kept giving out the wrong kind of songs.

If anyone can help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

Added (1). I heard the song many times on a particular insurance or savings advert.
What I meant was at that time when I heard that song myself, that there were no iPhones. I know there was never any iPhones in the 60's. There were no portable phones until they became popular in the 80's.
