Need a new laptop, don't know what to get?

My current laptop just dies and i need to buy a new one, but i'm struggling with what to get. I'm considering a macbook, because i have an iphone, and it just seems logical to have something easily compatable with it. I also don't like the new operating system windows has. But I've never used a mac before, so I'm wondering if anyone has anyexperience with them and can tell me some pros and cons?

Its gonna take you ages to get use to the mac system get like a win 7 macs are overpriced

Micro center web site or visit to there store they have large selection for lower price lap tops

I work with both Windows and Mac's every day and know how to use them both just as well.

First things first, having a Macbook gives you absolutely no compatibility advantage over the Windows machine when it comes to the iPhone. Everything is done through the iTunes software, which is of course available on either platform.

Having said that, I'm not particularly a Windows 8 fan, while it is not a bad operating system I still prefer Windows 7.

Most importantly is that you will save much more money buying a Windows machine because with apple you pay a lot of their brand name. In terms of specifications, you get more bang for your buck with a Windows machine.

I prefer Asus brand computers over almost all others and, if you would like to give me a price range I would recommend one to you.

Windows 8 machine:

Both of the above are fantastic machines.

Its smooth, fast, and incompatible. Mac are good computers. They just don't have alot of programs that are compatible.
