Need Iphone help regarding call logs and a spy program?

I need help with Iphone.

I'm looking to find a way to somehow see deleted calls from a call log.
I'm trying to see if my husband is lying to me about contacting a woman.

I also am interested in a phone spy program where I can remote in and check call logs and VM, but I understand the Iphone will have to be jailbroken first, and since this is his companies cell phone, I'm not thinking this would work.

Is there any Iphone Apps out there that will track calls and VM's?

I don't think that apple has or ever would bring out an app like that. I know you trying to check your husbands phone but still its an invasion of piracy…

But the problem is, when i used android i just bought Cd's that i wanted rather than buying select songs off of itunes. So i uploaded all of my CD's (along with a few video game soundtracks that aren't on the itunes online library) and now with IOS 7 on the way, will i have to re- upload all of my music from CD's again when i upgrade my ios?
