Need live web chat software for. Net website?

I have created a website for online shopping and for that I'm searching an effective live web chat software to interact with my real time customer. But the condition is that it must support the Android and iPhone.

Another, possibly free option, would be to run whatever shopping cart software you're already running integrated into another php portal package such as a web hosting portal package that includes live chat/tech support stuff.

Even with that though you still may have difficulty finding what you're looking for that works for every single person on the planet's droid or iPhone since options to modify them exist, and people do it. That is why I suggest attempting to find a java based customer support module. It should work for all smart phones, if the user has java disabled it will most likely tell them they need to enable java in order to use that part of the site.
