Netflix isn't working on my computer?
The Netflix website won't even load. It used to work perfectly fine but for some reason it stopped working. Has anyone else experienced this before? The website won't load on any of our laptops or computers and our internet and phone service is Comcast. However, our iPhones and iPads load the Netflix app and stream videos flawlessly when connected to the Wi-Fi.
It could be the connection, sometimes I try again and it works later.
If its working on your ipads and ipods or whatever it is probably because of one of two reasons
one: connection from the netflix end sometimes sucks.\
two: most people can only stream off of one or two devices at a time. Make sure that all of the netflix apps are fully shut down ( not just by punching in the home button) on your ipads and that your laptop is the only one on it
Do other websites load? If not, then it's probably your connection to the internet. Otherwise this question is too general to diagnose the problem. Do you get an error page when opening the webpage i.e. Error 502 Bad Gateway? Is it just not reponding? Will videos not load? Etc.

- Why isn't the netflix app showing up on the app store on my iphone 5c? I go on the app store and i search "netflix" but the app doesn't show up it shows me a bunch of other apps? How can I get it? I tried going on the internet for it to redirect me to it but it still doesn't show up!

- Why can't I sign into netflix on my iphone? I can sign into it on the actual website but not on my iphone app or xbox app. I have the correct e-mail and password and i even tried changing the password twice and its still saying incoreect information. This is pissing me off, why can't i sign in?
