New Apple ID with new Mac computer?
I want to sync my iPhone with my MacBook that I received for Christmas. However i don't want to lose the data on my apps (most of which were free apps) or my notes, reminders etc. I need to make a new Apple ID as mine was connected to my siblings when we first all got our phones. Is there a way to do it without losing my info?
There's a way to separate a family account but i can't remember how - do some searching
it may be best to NOT create a new account until you have worked it out - I think the separation requires a setup and shifting at the same time

- I've been using my iPhone on my Mac, but my Mac's busted. Can I use it with the iTunes on my PC? I had a MacBook pro which has had problems. Luckily I have a new PC with iTunes on it. What happens when I connect my iPhone to the PC and try and Sync music or update the software? Will it work?

The 3herosoft downloaded fine but the se up doesn't work. When I open it it's just a bunch of symbols.
- I bought a Mac, how do I get rid of linux and install Mac OS again? I bought this mac second hand. It is an iBook G4, but the people installed linux on it and I would like the OS software on it instead as I have an iPhone and an iPod and iCloud and I would just rather deal with something that I'm familiar with, but I have been looking and I have no idea how to delete it and put what I want on it.
