New iPhone 4s won't let me send or receive pictures?
I turned the MMS thing on. But it still won't let me send or receive pictures. I have unlimited text messaging and I know picture messages are included. I'm new to the apple family so if you can help me please do.
Is cellular data enabled? Go into your settings and make sure it's on. MMS can't be sent via Wi-Fi.
- Why won't my iphone 4s send or receive pictures? I have an unlocked iphone 4s that I use with T-mobile. I know that it is not a problem with T-mobile as I was able to send and receive pictures a few days ago before I switched to an iphone. - Why won't my new iPhone 6 (AT&T) send or receive texts/calls? I activated it two hours ago and backed it up with the data and phone number from my old iPhone 4. Both phones now read AT&T and show cellular signal and data in the top left hand corner. But when you text or call my phone number, the iPhone 4 receives it. Why won't my new phone receive it?
