New iPhone 4S won't make calls or texts or connect to 3G?
I bought a brand new iPhone 4S on contract today on the Orange network, and the phone works fine etc, but I can't make calls or anything yet. Why is this and when will I be able to?
Call orange. Not sure why you expect us to have any idea on your service.
Well about your 3G you will go to general cellular cellular data and turn it on from there about the rest your line have issues you need to talk with your provider it might be the sms center number for the sms or something else because you can't do calls as well
- Why won't my iphone make calls or send messages? I inserted a sprint sim card to my sprint iphone and the bars appeared on the left but i tried making a call and it won't work, i can't send messages either. The sim card is activated and i know the phone is sprint for sure.
- Why won't my new iPhone 6 (AT&T) send or receive texts/calls? I activated it two hours ago and backed it up with the data and phone number from my old iPhone 4. Both phones now read AT&T and show cellular signal and data in the top left hand corner. But when you text or call my phone number, the iPhone 4 receives it. Why won't my new phone receive it?

- Why won't my calls/texts go through to an iPhone? I'm trying to text my boyfriend and when I try to FaceTime him, it will ring but regular calls go straight to voicemail and my texts don't say delivered.
