New iphone, can't restore because computer is dead?
Ok guys i got a new iphone 5s today and i need to restore all my stuff from my old iphone on it. The only problem is my computer's dead. Dead as in it will never turn on again lol. So now i'm scared i won't be able to get all my music, apps, and pictures and everything back onto my new phone since i can't access itunes. Any suggestions?
Well you need to get to another computer. One thing you could do (I think this will work) is plug in your old phone and make a back up of all of it's data. Then you restore your new phone and restore to the back up you just made of your old phone.
As for the music on your dead laptop, if you used cds that you don't have anymore them you're out of luck. You can just re download anything you've bought on Itunes though so. Yeah.
- I had to restore my iPhone because the iPhones store app wouldn't show up in any of my apps. Now that I restored it I have to download? All of my music again. When I click on the clouds to download it the spinning circles will come up and act like its gonna download for a little bit but then just stops and goes back to the clouds. None of my music will download. And my phones acting up now. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I put it into recovery mode and pressed on "restore" in iTunes, after it had downloaded the firmware, it came up with this error: iTunes could not connect to the iPhone "Wahis iPhone" because it is locked with a passcode. You must enter your passcode on the iPhone before it can be used with iTunes. What can I do?
- Iphone 5 screen broken i can't retrieve information because i'm not capable to trust computer? I have some data i need to retrieve on an iphone. But the iphone won't open due to me either because the device is locked, or because i didn't click trust computer on the device but this CAN't be done because the screen is overly damaged. And yes the iphone still work. Any help?
- If i update my iphone 4 on new computer can i restore it after from a backup? I originally synced my dads iphone (business phone) with my macbook pro and we now have an imac and i need to update the phone on this computer (iMac) to ios 6. I did the backup and then i clicked update but it said "it will erase all data when you update'. If i click continue after the update can i restore the phone from the backup? If so how do i do this? It is crucial that i do this right because i can't loose my dads business info and contacts.
