New iPhone keeps deleting my contacts?
Is it this individual phone or do all iPhones do this? Should I return it and get a different iPhone?
My i phone did that to eather you need a upgrade or it has a glitch so you should call and if you want a new phone get a droid bionic at 500 i have had mine for four years and no problems
I Have the 4s and mines has never done it. Go to your carrier and see if they can figure out the problem.
Try to reset your iphone by holding the botton at the top on the button with a square in it at the same time and hold them down till the screen goes blank
- Why is my iPhone randomly deleting my contacts? I have an iPhone 4S. Sometimes, my phone will randomly delete my contacts and it's so annoying. I'll go to my recent calls and texts, and the numbers will still show up. It's just the names that are missing. When I go to my list of contacts, it's empty. What's going on and how can I stop this? It's happened like 4 times already and it's getting annoying. I've only had my iPhone since October, so why is it doing this?

I will just go on my phone one day and my phonebook says 'no contacts'.It's so annoying because when I try to do a computer back up to regain the information it takes hours. But what i mean is it deletes my can't act names and i hate it cuz i have alot and i can't remember all of them and it just saves the contacts i've had for a long time and earases my new ones in 1 min and if i try to write the contact name it deletes the name again please help!
