New SIM and internet not working on iPhone?
I have just arrived in the UK from New Zealand. I picked up a T-Mobile SIM card today on Pay as you go for my iPhone 4s.
The Texts and Calling are working fine. But the internet is not working. Phones 4 U where i bought the SIM couldn't help and sent me to an EE store to get them to help and they couldn't help either. I visited 2 EE shops and neither could do a thing.
I also talked to someone on the chat on their website and called their help line.
The guy on the phone said i should restore my phone. That doesn't seem right to me? I guess I would prefer not to restore my phone because it's is a pain to load the music back on.
Does any one have any suggestions?
Last thing, I found this http://www.t-mobile.co.uk/...onesupport and when I look up iphone it says T-Mobile only supports SMS for iPhones. But surely that can't be right because why would they sell me a SIM card? And why wouldnt the help line tell me that they don't support internet on iPhones?
On the T-Mobile website once you've logged into your account there usually is a section where you can text the internet (as well as text & messaging) settings to your phone, can't see why having an i Phone would make any difference to whether you have the internet.

- Updated my iphone and sim card not working anymore? I recently updated my iphone 6plus and the sim card inserted in the phone is not working anymore. The device kept on showing "no sim card installed". But when i insert that sim card on my iphone X, it works.
- Part of my phone screen is not working do I get a new screen or do I have to get a new phone? I have a 6S plus iPhone and I dropped it and now part of my screen isn't working when I touch it. Do I get a new phone or just repair it's screen?

- Mobile internet not working on new sim? So, I have just got a new sim and I can make calls and send texts but for some reason, I can't go on the internet. Wi-Fi works fine but the mobile internet is not working. I have just got an iPhone 4 and from what i can see in the settings, it looks to be alright. I have 500mb of data included in my pay monthly SIM so there are no other reasons for it to not be working. Any help would be muchly appreciated!
