Night shift settings not showing up on iPhone 6 Plus?

I used to have it like when I first got the phone but for some reason it's not in the settings anymore I'm on iOS 9.3 I haven't updated to iOS 9.3.1 yet but I don't want to. I would really like to know what's going on with my night shift please help

Make sure it is downloaded, Happened to me, I had to back it up to iCloud since my device hasn't been backed up for 72 weeks, it didn't allow me to download.

  • Why doesn't my iPhone 6s doesn't have night shift? When I go into settings and then into brightness there's no option for it! My phone is completely updated The title was worded badly on my part but you know what I mean
  • What settings will it change if I press reset all settings on my iPhone? Also, will this help speed up my iPhone because that's what I've heard. Because my iPhone has been so slow lately and taking like 3-5 minutes to send 1 text. If you know of any other ways that could help speed that up please also let me know that.
  • Shift from iphone to ipad mini with cellular? I was wondering if the ipad mini with cellular can function the way iphone can. I'm currently using iphone 4s right now but i wanted to sell this and buy an ipad mini with cellular and use my current micro sim to the ipad. Can it send and receive text messages and calls the way iphone does through the cellular network?
  • Night Shift not showing up on IPhone settings? I just updated my iPhone 5 to iOS 9.3. The problem is when I check under Display and Brightness on settings it isn't there. I don't know how to fix it. Do I have to enable or disable something else on settings to use night shift? Or how do I get it on settings?
