No memory on my iPhone when I've hardly downloaded anything?
I have a 16GB iPhone 5S that for some reason is almost out of memory. According to iTunes, I have 498.3MB audio memory, 309MB data of photos, 322.1MB data used for apps, 180.5MB used for documents and then 11.33GB used for 'other' although I have no clue of that this 'other' is and why I have no memory on my phone. It's a pain in the neck because I can't download anything or take pictures because my phone runs out of memory so quickly. Does anyone have any idea of what could be wrong with my phone? Thanks in advance, I'll be very grateful for answers to this.
'other' is the 'soul' of your phone. It's all of the stuff. Gaming, and in-app content, text messages, email storage, status updates, web history, cookies, cache. If you've never cleaned it out before, you're going to now. Make a backup of what data you'd like to keep on iTunes. Factory reset, then set up your phone under 'set up like new iPhone' 'other' will never go away. Most have from 1-3gbs of other. That's normal. Best luck.

I've got a 16Gb iPhone and I'm new to apple, I checked the storage last night and it was 10.7 and today it's now 10.0 and I haven't downloaded a single thing! I haven't sent any texts and the safari data is like 20kg I plugged it into iTunes and the "Other" section is like 2gb which confused me as I literally have a few songs and maybe 5 apps and that's it, I've restored my phone and nothing has changed gb still going down.

I was wondering if there was any site that's legit that gives you a free iphone and not the points sites cuz they only give very few points for each offers an I don't want to complete offers cuz they cost money and not those referral or sites that download apps and games or surveys I want something that gives you an iphone by just putting in info

My iPhone 4s is fairly new so doesn't have many apps on it (it's a 16gb).It's got about 500 photos and 160 videos (about 1 - 2 mins long). My music takes up 2.7 gb. So where has my memory gone? There's really not that much on it but when I try to take a picture it says not enough memory.
