No more iTunes? How to transfer regular mp3 files onto a new iphone?
I just bought my first iphone, & have several hundred CDs burned onto my laptop's hard drive via Window's Media Player. Is there a way to convert these to be compatible with itunes & use on my iphone, or do I need to stick with my non-Apple mp3 player?
ITunes is replaced/gone only if your computer is running macOS Catalina (10.15). ITunes currently remains on Windows and will sync with the new Music app on iOS.

I tried playing the MP3s that didn't work in windows media player but they did not play. I don't have a flash drive, but was going to put my music on a DVD possibly to move the files. Can i drag the files from the DVD to a location on the mac? Should i look into a flash drive? What's the standard method for this? Also, can macs open.zip files?
