NO SOUND COMING FROM MY IPHONE 4s?
Today my sound from my iphone just stopping working completely. I tried playing music, videos etc and there's no sound coming out, only my alarm and when someone rings me. I've looked up youtube videos on how to clean the charger area, speakers, microphone and audiojack, but none of them have worked. I don't know if restoring my iphone will help, but I want that to be a last resort, does anyone know what else I can do? Please
Added (1). Yes, I checked mute. And I've turned my phone on and off numerous times
Go to settings then sounds. Reset them all, turn off then back to your settings. Then turn the phone off for a few minutes. See if the reset and reboot fixes it.
Did you check the mute switch?
When ever i have any problems with my phone i always contact Apple Tree. I'm constantly sending them tweets and they always answer my questions. Your problem sounds like software but they will help.
