Not able to surf internet on Safari in iPhone 5?

I have an iPhone 5 which is running on iOS 6.1.3 but I have an issue now is when I launch Safari on my device and try to surf the internet on it then instead of opening the web pages Safari shows an error message like "Unable to access. Network path has been altered". Where is the issue? Does anybody know the actual meaning of this error message? What should I do for fixing this?

I really don't know what is the problem. But changing your settings may help. Go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. This will restore your factory settings.

People reported many problems concerning connectivity issues on the IPhone 5 such as bluetooth and Wi-Fi problems. Its best you bring it to any retail Apple outlet to solve this issue.

Changing the setting to default might help.
