Not getting email notifications on iphone 4?
I have 2 email accounts linked to the mail app on my iphone 4, one personal and 1 business but i only seem to get notifcations from the personal one. Only if i have the mail app open and refresh it will i get notified of any emails - which could have been from hours ago.
i have checked the notification settings and they are both the same, show banner and show in lock screen, so why am i only getting notified by personal emails and not business?
Have you checked in your Mail settings in the settings app? Not the notifications but the "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" Section. Then under " Fetch new data", make sure it isn't Off. Program it to "Fetch" or "Push" frequently if you want to get notified when you get an email.
