Not receiving 3G network on iphone4?
I got an iphone 4 on t mobile and i don't receive 3G connections, the 3G is turned on. I restored the iphone i put it on aeroplane mode and everything nothing works. I even rested the network settings. Has anyone got any other ideas? Thank you. Note: sometimes when i reboot the phone the 3G network comes on and then turns off after a few mins.
When it is not connected to 3G service is it connected to Wi-Fi? Turn on Cellular Data and see if it connects. It could also just be a location thing, it may connect elsewhere with a better signal.
- Wi-Fi on iPhone keeps saying unable to join network (my network name)? How can I fix this! It's been like this for a week but it works on my laptop fine. I tried unplugging it for a few seconds, I tried resetting network settings, I tried turning my phone off then on again, and I know I'm typing it right. I even typed it in upper case AND lower case. - What's the difference between off-network and on-network? I'm try to work out which is best for what I want out of the service. - Same network, Iphone 5 only receiving Edge service, Iphone 4 receiveing 3g service? Running IOS 6.1.2 on Iphone 5, 6.1 on Iphone 4 Both on O2 Can't get 3g service on iphone 5. Iphone 4 can and they are both in the same room, any ideas why?
