O2 sim isn't working on iphone 5?
Hi! I've recently bought an iphone 5 and ordered a free o2 pay as you go sim. I have set every thing up that I should of and activated the sim by putting money on it but I have no signal? It's been like this for a few days? I can connect to Wi-Fi but can't text or call! Can anyone please help me?
Have you activated the phone?
Did you buy the phone second hand or new? If second hand, what network was it on or is it unlocked to any network?
If O2 or unlocked, contact O2. The SIM may be faulty.
- Why isn't Wi-Fi working on my iPhone? 3G works (that's what I'm using now) but Safari or anything else that uses internet won't load when I use Wi-Fi. Why won't it work?
- Why isn't the 3g on my iPhone working? It just has a E sign, and nothing will work. Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr, Youtube, etc. I tried restarting it, it still won't work._.
- Why isn't my sim activation working? So i bought a second hand Iphone 4 of my aunt and it is a vodafone carrier. I rang orange today to activate my sim card which had arrived this morning and they said that it was activated but the text messages that i was supposed to receive haven't come through. I was just wondering if the phone is locked and that's why they haven't come through or if it is because the activation hasn't occurred yet.
- Why isn't my iPhone charger working? I have an iPhone and it was working fine but yesterday when I plugged it into my phone it would not charge. So I tried my brother's iPhone charger and it worked. I looked it up online and I think there's a problem with my USB cable and not the wall charger itself. What do I do?
