On iPhone/apple maps, what does the man on directions mean, running or walking? - 1
When you go onto the directions bit there's the three options, the car the bus and the man, what does that man icon mean running time or walking time?
Walking
You can check by plotting a simple route and seeing if the time taken by the man is how long it would take you to run or to walk the route (walking at 1 mile in 20 minutes running is quicker than this)
