On my iphone why is their a circle ar the top?

Right where the 3G sign would be it turns into a white circle. Every since i paid my first bill now my internet connection is slow and sometimes doesn't load

The o is GPRS which is 1G. Why it is showing that, I don't know. Should contact your carrier about it.

I just activated an iphone 4s from virgin mobile and ever since I got it, it has had terrible 3g coverage, everything is slow and half the time won't even load and the 3g symbol shows up rarely for like a minute and I'm very frustrated with this because I paid full price for my iphone to have it not work at all in the way I want it to.also, I can text and call fine its the 3g network that is not working.

I see tons of poor people who make less than 20k a year spending their entire income on nice clothes and shoes and purses and makeup. Their children are starving they can't even afford to use the air conditioner or pay for electricity but they absolutely need to buy a new iPhone or a new pair of high heels
