On/Off button doesn't work.iPhone on permanently?
The sleep button on my iPhone does not work.
Unable to do into DFU mode.
You have to go to settings, general, accessibility, assistive touch, and on.a weird button will apear you can lock the screen from there
Just try to press it like you are massaging… If still no response, then don't shut it down and go to Apple store and show them. Make sure show them the phone in switched on state and then remove your sim when they ask to hand them over…
I'm pretty much sure, its like your phone was fallen on ground.
This sounds silly, but I've read about the guy who had same problem, and he blew very hard through the switch, just like a straw, and it started working fine. It probably dislodged some grime. Give it a try, nothing to loose!
- Screen on/off button on my iPhone 4s doesn't work? Its very hard to push all the sudden like its stuck. I had it in a otterbox defender series since the day I bought it and nothing has been spilled on it or anything not sticky or anything whatsoever. I have it through at&t and have a warranty just wondering if I should should go there or right to an apple store. Any help would be appreciate thank you.

Hi, so a while ago I dropped my phone in water, I took it to a repair shop and they fixed it but when I got it back the power and home button didn't work, I turned on assistive touch so I can use my home button and turn off my phone, now I can't turn it on without using my charger or having someone text me, is there any other way I can turn it on without having to do that?
- PERMANENTLY delete apps off iphone 4? So i went to the purchases list in itunes store and deleted all the ones that i didn't want but when i look at how much space all my apps are taking up it is still up to 6.2 GB of room. I only have about 6 apps on my phone now that i actually use. So i want all that room back. I can still see them on my phone apps when you can check or uncheck mark them.
- Iphone 3g frozen and my off button doesn't work? Ok, my iphone (3g) is frozen on the lock screen and my off button has been broken for a while so i can't reset it, i've plugged it in to the wall, the computer, tried to sync it and basically nothing, i do't think its using much power and its on full charge, what should i do?
