Opinion needed: tablet or mp3 player?

Just needed opinions for this question. Should I get a 7 inch tablet or an mp3 player (not an Apple iPod because I'm getting an iPhone soon, so I figured I could double it up as a music player) I want a portable music player (mp3 player) but a tablet could also be a music player. A tablet would also be nice. What should I get? Why? What would YOU get?

I say go for the tablet, I personally don't like tablets but an iPhone can be used as a mp3 player.

Since you're getting an iPhone anyway, I would just use that as a music player. A tablet isn't going to fit in your pocket if you feel like taking your music on the go. I like my tablet more for games and surfing the web than I do my iPod Touch. I would go with the tablet, personally.

  • Tablet snapshots on the Tablet and iPhone? I'm not very tech-savvy guy, go please forgive me. But does a Samsung note 10.1-the 2013- snapshot consume more memory space than a iPhone 4 in general? Here are the dimensions(again I do not know what I'm doing) Tablet(Note) 10.1" widescreen 1280x800 WXGA TFT LCD 149 pixels per inch (ppi) iPhone 4 640 x 960 pixels, 3.5 inches (~330 ppi)
  • Should I buy a laptop or a tablet? How do pages display on a tablet? I have an iPhone 6s Plus. It almost seems redundant to buy a tablet, but they are more affordable than a laptop. I prefer the way web pages display on a laptop. I have never had a tablet, do they display pages more like a phone or a laptop?
  • Need some help on how to get music on my mp3 player? Who can i go threw to get music for my mp3 player that i do not have to buy each song individually? its not a iphone or anything special its just a old mp3 player
  • Music box that connects to iphone/mp3 player? I want to buy a music box for my boyfriend's birthday next month, but I want it to play some of our favorite songs. I know there are music boxes which you can special order to play custom songs, however I'd really like something that connects to his iphone and can play multiple songs of his choice. Is there a music box like this that exists?
