Optimumwifi shows up on my iphone and other devices but not my laptop

It is not automatic. Go to the network and sharing center or network and internet in settings and set up a new wireless connection. You must first select the wireless adapter and then you will see the networks available. Choose Optimum and remember to enter the security pass code. You will have to click to get it to attach the first time but from then on it will be automatic.
- Wi-Fi works on computer, but not other devices? When I go onto the CPU, Wi-Fi works normally. But when I try using an iPhone 5 and an iPad 2 (both have ios 7+), it won't connect to our home Wi-Fi network. We can tell that Wi-Fi connection is still possible, because our neighbors' Wi-Fi networks show up. Except ours. Why?
- One laptop can connect to our home Wi-Fi network but no other devices can connect? We recently set up a wireless internet connection in our house. One laptop can connect to it (the one I'm currently on) but no other devices can connect to it. It says our "Network Security Key" is mismatched. I have tried typing in all the different codes on both the router and modem on both our second laptop and an iPhone 5. How can I fix this?
- My Wi-Fi won't connect on my laptop but will connect to my other devices (an iPhone and iPad)? I have a MacBook Air. Sometimes it does connect but other times it just won't. It takes ages connecting and then in the end comes up with the exclamation mark or is just blank. Is this a problem with my laptop? I've tried researching the problem but have found nothing.
- My Iphone won't receive messages but Imessage works on other devices? I can send and receive messages with Imessage on my computer but my Iphone doesn't receive any and the messages send as text messages instead when I text someone with an iPhone. I've reset it already and tried restoring it and it did't help.
