I ordered a iPhone 4s Black 16GB (AT&T) off Ebay from a person BUT I got a iphone 4 cause I looked up the Model No. And its 1349 they say it doesn't have a sim slot but mine does on the right side

Since you purchased with PayPal or credit card you have recourse to get your money back if your return the phone. Send it insured with fed-ex or UPS so you can track package and prove it was received.
