Paying someone to build iphone game?

I have a great idea for a mmo - type game for droids and iphones. Not good at all with technical stuff like coding/game engines, tried to learn a few times. Didn't go well. However, I have had this game idea for almost a year now and I still think its a good, fun idea. I still get excited at the thought of it. Since I can't code, do you think it's a good idea to pay someone to help me make it? And how do I go about finding someone? I really want my game idea to become real.

The second most important thing is to be write down what your game does. You need to describe the story line, environment where the game operates, and the characters within the game adequately so that someone else can bring it to life on a screen.
