PC or Mac? Honestly, I find PCs easier to use?

But a lot of people in college get Macs

I'd have to recommend you go Mac.
Yes, they're more expensive than PCs, but I'd say they are also more reliable, generally perform better, are more durable and also look cooler!
Having said that, there are plenty of PCs out there that will work perfectly well.
And unless you have very specific requirements (such as gaming, needing a retina screen for graphic design etc. Then there's no need to put limits on what you buy).
Some people worry about having to get used to the Mac's interface though. As an ex-PC user, I can vouch for Mac genuinely being more intuitive than most Windows operating systems (I've heard that Windows 8 is pretty confusing).
And if you have an iPhone, then that could be another reason to invest in a Mac…

PC, because you have infinite choices of the hardware, and the software is more diverse etc.

What does the college recommend with their network, that is the most important thing. If they have no preference PC's are cheaper all around. I recommend ASUS Notebook with i5 processor and 8Gig of memory. I'm using one right now and it is very good. I've used computers for 30 years so I have a handle on what is good and bad. ASUS gets high mark from owners in PCMAG poll. Make sure you do back up as computers in college have a high incidence of lost, damaged or stolen. Back up to several devices not just one. One kid I know danced on his while drunk, professor still wanted assignment.

PC is Better because if any time problem then you will correct this but if you chose mac then you need to be go Customar care for Apple

Personal preference is annoying, isn't it. People in North Korea, Cuba and some other countries use what government lets them.

I myself use a Mac, but I do keep a windows machine around because it is just so much more useful when having LAN gaming nights with my friends, and that's about it.
Anytime i would choose the mac over the windows, as they provide much better service on all fronts. IMO.

  • Would this honestly be awkward? I can't deny I have strong feelings for my guy friend (best friend to me.) This is kinda random-but I miss him much we both go to college-we have hung out a lot since but now it's been awhile. Having his picture as my wallpaper on my iPhone helps me get through those days. It's one of him looking up and smiling while laying back down I cropped the photo from one of his youth outings. How would he react if he accidentally saw that on my iPhone?
  • Why should everything revolve around america? Honestly from music to tech? So i was watching iggy and rita ora on ryan seacrest! Both moved to usa why do they have to? The apple iphone is so regarded even though there better phones out there! Gumbal is a uk type event but why should it start in LA?! I have been to america! Id rather europe is a better place! No hate towards america tho! And everybody wants to study in america?
  • Why does everyone say that iPhone's are easier to use than Android? I have both and I'm wondering as soon as I picked up both phones I knew how to use them it wasn't difficult and practically same concept why do people say that?
  • Which iPhone should I get & which one is honestly the best? I have used and bought a lot of apple products but this will be my first time getting an iPhone since almost EVERYONE has one now. I really want to try. So now that the iPhone 5 came out… Which iPhone is the BEST? -iPhone 4 -iPhone 4s Or -iPhone 5? I've been hearing that iPhone 5 isn't as great as they make it seem, is that true? If it's not then should I get the iPhone 4 or 4s?
